When children have dental problems
How do we handle it when our children have dental problems?
Many parents feel powerless when their children are diagnosed with dental issues. When children are highly sensitive, having one or more cavities drilled can feel like a violation. What can we do? Is there another way?
Today, more and more parents wish to opt out of orthodontic treatment. It feels wrong, yet the dentist insists. What do we do?
How do we manage cooperation with the dentist to avoid a child welfare report if we choose to decline the dentist's plan?
The course is based on Dental Consciousness, where we look beyond the physical and include emotions and unhelpful behavioral patterns.
The course consists of a teaching video and a live Zoom meeting. The video will be sent out one week before the meeting, and it is important that you set aside time to watch it. During the live meeting, we’ll focus on participants’ questions. You are welcome to send me a photo of your child's teeth in advance. I will include the photos and questions that time allows and that are relevant to the group.
The meeting will be recorded, and the recording will be sent out afterward with no expiration date.
