Healing your teeth - an online course

This course is for you if you who:

  • Are tired of having periodontal disease and have realized that the dentist's painful treatment does not help anyway
  • have many root canal treated teeth
  • a history of having bad teeth, with never ending expensive treatments

But then, it's only for the truly hardcore, who have decided to create lasting changes ❤

It is an online course on zoom, where we meet live 6 times. It's optional to attend live, but you'll gain most by attending. The meetings will be recored and available afterwards for as long as you want.

You get an individual session with me, where we look at the physical dental challenges and discover which emotional changes you would benefit from making. Furthermore, you get online training in a group of like-minded people.

Working with vulnerable topics in a group allows for the greatest growth.

It is done in this way:

  • you request (if possible) X-rays and a chart of your dental pockets or other relevant material
  • You take photos of your teeth and send them to me
  • you get a ½ hour session with me, where we uncover which areas of life that need to be addressed and which basic emotions you need to work with to release the root cause of your challenges
  • 6 modules/meetings in the group

Homework/guidelines/assignment forms, watching videos and filling out your workbook

I teach with my daughters, Pernille Bredgaard, who is a skilled coach and mediator, and Louise Luxhøj Bredgaard, who has great personal knowledge about self-development.
